DID YOU KNOW YOU WERE BORN FRUGIVORE?

Updated: Jan 24, 2021

We live in the world, where controversial topics are needed. So here’s one from me this time.

Did you know that your school, university and other educating establishments never share the whole true with us regarding who we really are and what category we are qualified as human being (we only know we came from primates (apes, chimpanzees, monkeys) - well that’s interesting. One of them are Owl monkeys that are frugivores) - so logically thinking if the education system is teaching us that we come from them, why do they feed us with protein, meat, dairy diet, that might be extremely poisoning to everyone. Well not surprising - if you eat what is not designed for a human being. That will cause most of the disease in this world.

We are frugivore like primates - e.g. monkeys are. Our teeth, nails, shape of our jaw, movements of the jaw, size, how our body is built inside.

So now go grab a mirror and start counting your teeth that you were given after you were born.

Skeletal system of Frugivore: Teeth - 32 teeth: four incisors (cutting), two cuspids (pointed), four small molars (bicuspids), and six molars (no long canine or tusk- type teeth). Where Carnivores have - incisor teeth in front, molars behind with large canine teeth for RIPPING! - humans do not have them as you already learned by yourself.

But okay, you will tell me: I’m bloated after eating fruits, yes you will be if you consume all day long, months, years your heavy meal based on meat, dairy, animal products, fermented food, alcohol etc. Also when you are removing mucus it can be a side effect of it.

My friend who works for the Zoo learned a big lesson working there with animals repeating: Please, remember not to feed any animal with cooked foods, as this will cause them to get sick and die…

“The ancient Greeks, before the time of Lycurgus, are nothing but fruit”, (Plutarch) and “each generation reached the age of 200 years.” - Onomacritus of Athens

PART II

When trying to lose weight or put on weight we often use high protein diets (Like were told). High protein diets are toxic to us, especially when the protein comes from animal sources.

Fruits, leafy greens, nuts/seeds - these are human sources of food. They are biologically suited for your species.

Our digestive system: Is not even close to the Carnivore or Herbivore.

As a Frugivore we have 1. Digestive System: tongue - smooth, used mainly as a shovel. Salivary glands - alkaline digestive energies start here. Stomach - oblong with two compartments, Small intestines - sacculated for extensive absorption.

Liver - simple and average size, not large, and complex, like carnivores.

Carnivores on the other hand: Tongue - very rough (for pulling and tearing)

Salivary glands - none, Stomach - simple structure, small round sacks, strong gastric juices, Small intestine - smooth and short. Liver - 50 % larger than the humans very complex with live distiller chambers, heavy bile flow for heavy gastric juices.

  1. Eliminative System: Colon - sacculated for extensive absorption - GI tract - 12 times length of the spine. Carnivores - Colon - smooth,

🥥non - sacculated, minimal ability for absorption. GI tract - three times the length of the spine!

PART III

2. Frugivores Extremities (limbs): Hands (upper) - fingers for picking, peeling and tearing - not killing other animal…Feet (lower) - toes, Walks upright on two extremities. Carnivores: Hands (upper front) - claw type, Feet (Lower back) - claw type, Quadrupeds - walks on all four.

  1. Frugivore Integumentary system: Skin - poets, with minimal hair, Carnivores - 100% covered with hair. Frugivore Sweat glands - includes millions of perspiration ducts. Carnivores - uses tongue, and has sweat glands in foot pads only.

  2. Mentioned earlier Skeletal system: Teeth - 32 teeth: four incisors (cutting), two cuspids (pointed), four small molars (bicuspids), and six molars (no long canine or tusk- type teeth). Where carnivores has - incisor teeth in front, molars behind with large canine teeth for RIPPING! - humans don’t have them as you already learned. Continuing to human Jaws - multi - motional, dimensional, up- and - down, backward and forward, side to side, etc. Tail - some

  3. Urinary system: Kidneys - (urine) alkaline, where Carnivores have urine acid.

Understand your species and eat the foods that will make your body healthy and full of joy. Now go to the mirror one more time, and check your teeth again, body around if you have a tail, thick hair all over and walk on all four quadrupeds. Ask your doctor how big is your liver and digestive tract. Have fun. - Magdalena aka RawCoconutGirl - Regenerative Detox Specialist🌱🥥non - sacculated, minimal ability for absorption. GI tract - three times the length of the spine!
