As I eat, my appetite increases and so does my appetite for health and knowledge. 🇺🇸I wanted to share with you something beautiful that happened yesterday during a joint meditation led by Lena Raw/RawCoconutGirl ♥
At the end of this meditation, just before we were to visualize the light - the energy flowing to us, I opened my eyes and actually saw a bright glow coming from my head and shoulders upwards. In addition, finally, when Our Dear Lena decided to share with us her wonderful energy, I literally felt that I had actually received it because the inside of my hands became hot like never and my fingers began to tremble.
It all seemed so beautiful, unique and significant to me that I had to share it 💕

Pod koniec tej medytacji, chwilę przed tym, jak mieliśmy zwizualizować sobie światło - energię płynącą do nas, otworzyłam oczy i rzeczywiście zobaczyłam jasną poświatę idącą od mojej głowy i ramion ku górze. 🇺🇸On my example, I would like to warn you, my beloved, to go into too much detox in my own hand. I went a bit too quickly (I have been eating fruit without fat for over a year) and now I have huge problems with my teeth, acids have damaged my enamel and almost every tooth is with tooth decay, the pain is beyond words. I used herbal tinctures of my own, I made them a little too strong, I mean I combined several recipes into one tincture which detox and my body refused to obey. It really is not a way to race, better slowly, under the guidance of a detoxification specialist so as not to make such a mess as me.
